Enough
I've used SweepSouth 3 or 4 times, and although my experiences have never been great, the last 2 have just been BAD. I'm not going to go into the detail, as that really serves no purpose. Their head office offered their apologies (all they really do is going through a ticklist of what they think is expected of them to say, and to cover themselves), and offered a voucher, but I didn't complain hoping that I'll get a freeby. They ramble on, but don't really HEAR what you're saying. When trust in a system is broken, nothing can mend that. I won't EVER use their services again.
