Efficient dispute reolution

I dealt with Samuel in the customer service department of the SweepSouth Connect division. I had a complaint regarding a contractor linked to their platform who reneged on a guarantee offered to me.

He was quick to assist and assess the situation. Ultimately removing the contractor from their platform and keeping me informed through the process.
