Easy taking money but not delivering service. No show!!!!

Upon this review, we had a look at your profile and unfortunately, your booking was not confirmed and was left in a 'pending' state, meaning the booking process was not complete due to the last step - the payment stage. Since there is no card linked to your profile, we can confirm that no payment was processed, pre-authorised, or debited and as such, no SweepStar was allocated to your booking.
