Drunk Sweepstar Workers

Good day, This is a follow up to numerous emails I've already sent to ********** that has gone unanswered,

Please note that I had to chase both ladies scheduled for Friday 21 December (Ntabiseng & Maggy) away 0 after they drank a full bottle of whiskey&brandy from our cabinet and became so drunk that I had to go home from work to assist my mother-in-law looking after my 14 month old baby. Absolute unacceptable. I am horrified by the event. Half the work is not done and the other half is unacceptable. Came home to find the two ladies stinking of alcohol, boisterous and barely able to stand up straight. I realize this might have been an isolated incident with unfortunate consequences, however your customers service has been shockingly bad. I have tried phoning the sweepsouth offices numerous times but are constantly kept on hold.

I have cancelled all upcoming bookings with sweepsouth and expect full reimbur*****t for money already paid for these appointments (that include reimbursent for today's disasterous event where I ended up cleaning my own house, washing dishes, washing clothes and doing everything these ladies were suppose to do.)
