Dont depend on the **** Service. Hit and Miss.
Unreliable Service. ****s dont pitch and the response we get is that the ****s are independent contractors. Happened consecutively on many occasions.
The whole purpose of using a service is to pay a premium and know that you are not managing the resources and the complexities related to delivering the service.
Tried calling the contact centre. Just can't get through. They seem to push you to use the Smart Phone App but the App is poorly designed. The eventually responded to mail escalations with a standard response. Must be saving money to hire useless people.
I've opted for using a smaller local company where you can actually engage with a human that really wants to help you without the excuses.
