Don't bother
Don't bother using this service - your lady will either cancel on you last minute, arrive 4 hours late, or communicate that they are on their way and then never pitch. When you call customer support they will tell you it's your fault because you only booked for 3 hours and the ladies don't like 3 hours appointments. I understand that but then don't offer 3 hours as a minimum.

All SweepStars on our Platform are independent contractors and have absolute freedom over which bookings they choose to accept and go to. They are also required to be punctual and reliable, making use of their app to ensure they plan accordingly and arrive at their bookings on-time. The amount of time that you have booked for should have no affect on your booking experience and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Together with our area management team, we will look into this with the SweepStars who operate in your area and will take the necessary action from our side.
