Domestic worker didn't pitch up!

<p>I booked a helper (domestic worker) for 8am, I waited 35min before leaving for work. Its an hour later and security has not called to say someone is coming. The lady just didn't pitch, no sms or call to say she is running late. I ended up being late for work. I called the 086 number on the sweepsouth website, call centre was busy and was taken to voicemail. My payment is still reserved and asked for it to be unreserved. They havent contacted me and I am very angry and late for work.</p>
