<p>PATHETIC!!! I have been trying to call your "offices" since 10:30 am this morning. No one answers. I have sent multiple emails. Nothing.<br />You sent a lady to me this morning, she told me me she is "afraid of cats" and chose to leave despite my having noted I have a cat prior to my booking. <br />I tried to call to get a replacement - NOTHING.<br />I tried to email- NOTHING.<br />AND TO AND INSULT TO INJURY THE AMOUNT WAS STILL DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.<br />If you do not get in touch with me and reimburse me immediately I will be laying a charge of theft.<br />This company is a mickey mouse joke and you shouldn't use them. Feel completely ****med.</p>
