Do they even exist????

<p>I recently made a booking with Sweepsouth. When I called the telephone number provided on my booking confirmation, the agent advised me that the person who sent me the email no longer works there but they still use that email address to send out confirmations. I asked that a manager phone me back, it is now 4 days later and nobody has phoned me. I rep**** to the email from this imaginary person, and got no response. I then sent a cancellation email to support@sweepsouth, whereupon I received an automated response, but still not confirmation of cancellation. When trying to call the call centre, it takes so long for the phone to be answered, that I gave up eventually and put the phone down.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely concerned, as this company now has my credit card details, but it seems they don't even really exist, as I can't get hold of anyone?</p>
