DO NOT use Sweepsouth!
I used your service on Friday and I am extremely dissatisfied with the result. I explained everything to the lady and asked her to iron fold and pack away the clothing. That was just left on the bed and some of it folded and not ironed. The towels were all over the floor outside when we came home because no pegs were used. I gave her my phone number to watsapp me if she needs anything or to ask me anything. She told me that she will be done at 4pm , so I organised for my boyfriend to leave work early to let her out. When he queried about the washing she said she didn't have enough time. To top it off the bedding in the main room wasn't put back on after I told her that I needed that put back on. (i did the washing for her beforehand , took the bedding off the 1 bed. (The other 2 bedrooms didn't need bedding changed) hence she had more than enough time!
I asked for a refund and all you can do is give me a 3 hour voucher! Please can you tell me why I want to use 3 hours and for what, especially for such a disgraceful service!
I will not recommend you to anyone ever!
