Disgusting *******!

Made a booking and was quoted R429 for two ladies to do 10 hours work (split between them) cleaning the house, walls, windows, stove and fridge . Only one lady arrived and although she was excellent did not have enough time to do the windows or walls. When SweepSouth phoned to see how it was going, I advised them that Priscilla did not pitch for work. Later that day Nedbank sent notification of R529 taken from my acc by SweepSouth. I had been billed for 12.5 hours, instead of the 7.5 worked and for 2 ladies instead of one, for all the extra tasks that had not been completed. When I complained I was told they would make it up to me at me next booking!!! Seriously? As if there would be another booking. Biggest *******, ************ ever!
