Disgusting Support from SweepSouth

We have been using our lady from SweepSouth and she is great so this rating is not for her. SweepSouth's support staff however is terrible. For a month now I have made numerous phone calls and have been communicating on e-mail with their support staff because of their inability to supply me with invoices because the expense goes through the company. I have been made promises by Jehaan that she will send it personally every Friday but still nothing. Spoke to Ntsiki and escalated it so that someone from senior management can call me, still nothing. This morning I phoned twice but I get the feeling that they can see who is calling. Both time the call just dropped. The amount of time and money I have spent on this issue is definitely not worth it!!

Absolutely disgusting service! It's like they just don't care! The outcome unfortunately would be that I would have to find another service provider who can give me an invoice, and unfortunately the lady who has now been with us for more that a year would have to go.

Let's see if I get a response and if SweepSouth care about the ladies that works for them??
