Disgusting service, no shows, jewellery missing, never works the full hours paid for and lots not done

Firstly I had diamond earings, a cold heart and ski pants ******, but could not pinpoint as I had 4 ladies and it could have been any of them, so nothing could be done about it. Backwards and forwards about bad service, and finally I decided I would give them one more try as they afforded me 3 hours of work. Well my booking just never arrived. Talk about adding insult to injury. Someone cancelled the booking as the lady phoned in sick. I eventually phoned the service centre who told me they sent me a mail to cancel, except that it goes to my work email. Could they not have called? Then service centre asked if I would like to reschedule or have someone else arrive soonest, I chose to have someone on that day as I work. She was to call me back with details. Well that was on Saturday and its now Tuesday and still waiting for the call. Sent email of complaint yesterday and no one came back to me. I will never use their service again. Its disgustingly shocking.
