Disappointing poor service

If there was an option for no star at all, that would be my rating. The cleaning lady didn't follow instructions and didn't finish the job. I made her job easier by doing the laundry. She just had to iron and fold the clothes. She could not finish. My wardrobe contained items that were not ironed, and my laundry basket held clothes that were clean but not ironed. It is clear that the inside of the cupboards and the fridge were not cleaned. I reported to Sweepsouth, and they took me from pillar to post instead of resolving the issue.

I did not report all the unhygienic issues I found. For example, there was a mop in the kitchen sink, dirty and clean clothes mixed together in the laundry basket, and clothes put on top of the dustbin. I didn't report because I didn't want to appear like I was taking advantage of someone. I was disappointed.

I explicitly opted out of receiving SMS messages, yet I continue to receive them. They're all about the money, not service to their clients. Remove my number immediately to prevent spam messages.
