Dirty Tricks from Sweepsouth
I've had the worst treatment from Sweepsouth..I booked with them,the other time,the Sweepster didn't do half the stuff I had paid for,I complained and they just gave me a voucher worth R75..
Today I booked again and added almost all additional stuff as I wanted a thorough clean..After 7 hours,I comeback and this lady,the only thing she did was to fold clothes,unironed..Everything else was untouched..
SweepSouth is unresponsive and doesn't take responsibility, hides the fact that they say the sweepsters are independent contractors, yes they are but SweepSouth is still liable because we are using their brand ,we have no relationship with their contractors..
I'm extremely upset and feel cheated

We are concerned and very disappointed to read this. We sincerely apologise that this has *****ed your experience with our platform - All SweepStars have to pass through the same rigorous screening procedures. Our thorough on-boarding process relies on an in-person interview with all candidates, at least 2 years domestic cleaning experience, 2 positive references (calls) and a clean ******** record. Then, once on the platform, we do rely heavily on client's ratings. This usually ensures excellent performance from the get-go as well as a continued opportunity for SweepStars to improve.
We certainly don't want our clients returning home and not finding it spic and span - this is incredibly disappointing. We expect all SweepStars (who are independent contractors of the platform) to be able to offer a certain standard - a standard that our company 'advertise' to clients.
We believe our team is currently in touch with you directly to get to the bottom of this and turn this experience around for you.
Again, we are so very sorry and hope we can redeem ourselves on your next booking.
