Damage to my property
Furious at your company. Had a lady come to clean at our new home and stood on the counter and the whole counter collapsed. There was a ladder for her and i did NOT tell her to use the counter. Then I put in a claim from your insurance and it gets rejected because its a fixed item? So I would love to know who is to pay for this damage?
