Cleaning service hell
I recently utilised the services of the above mentioned company for cleaning my house.Worst experience I ever had although the ladies were friendly and tried their best to complete the job. I was quoted an amount initially and ended up paying almost double. The company let me to believe that I would pay R558 for estimated time of 11.5hours. At around 2 o clock the cleaning ladies told me that their time is almost up and that they will not be able to complete all the tasks as the time was split between them for 6 hours each. I will never recommend their services nor utilise it ever again as I feel I have been **********.

When you book a cleaning appointment with SweepSouth you are charged per hour for a home cleaning - When 2 SweepStars are assigned to your booking, the time gets split between them and you are charged per hour per SweepStar as each of them needs to get paid for the work completed on the day. Example, if your booking is 10 hours, each SweepStar will work 5 hours and you will be charged for the 10 hours.
