Cannot redeem residual vouchers

<p>My residual voucher amounts add up to R205, which according to them cannot be redeemed or used, so now I lose that money? Nobody follows up. I love using the service, but this is the second time I have had troubles relating to payments and it is absolutely frustrating.</p>
