Beware the *******! The ocmpany will make everything they can to avoid claiming insurance for ****** goods.
One of their cleaning lady has ****** couple of bottles of my perfumes to the value of over R2000. Sweep South says that they invited the lady for a meeting to get her version of events, but she didn't show up so they will not raise the case with their insurer or reimburse me. They will only block her from their app. So she was guilty enough for them to block her out of the app, but not guilty enough for them to even raise the matter with the insurer. THE INSURANCE THEY MENTION ON THEIR WEBSITE CAN BE USED ONLY IF THE CLEANING LADY COMES TO A MEETING AND ADMITS SHE HAS ****** SOMETHING. This is completely misleading, *********, unfair, false advertising, a bad business practice and nonsense. Please do yourself a favour and do not use their services. SS***
