Beware Sweepsouht Cape Town.
For three months we have been trying to get a refund from Sweepsouth Cape Town. The refund has come in dribs and drabs and only after arguing with them. Still we await our final amount which we have been told on numerous times, is in our bank account. No, it's not! The customer service is appalling; the promises made are never kept; and, what's more, the work is shoddy. Beware using this company. Their Private Equity investors seems to have their heads in the sand - the CEO of the company "does not talk to customers" (staff's own words!!)
