Bad service and poor service

I booked a sweepsouth lady on Friday, 2nd of May,Chipo. she arrived with an attitude and informed me that she was not meant for the booking. She wanted to cancel the booking but informed me that it will influence her rating. I logged several calls and messages and have to date not received a call. I paid for a cleaning service, promising that my windows will sparkle in hindsight it it dirtier now than before. I await a response.
