Bad service

Multiple cancellations, most times on the day before, and reassignment of random cleaner. All our bookings have been for people who can work around animals, every time one has been assigned that doesn't work around animals.

Bad service on delivery of cleaning supplies as well. First excuse, There was no one to accept delivery, very next day they state it was delivered over a week ago to an address 60+km away from the provided address??? Now we are expected to drive 50km from our home to go and pick up from random place in Jhb? Pathetic

Hi Neil,

Thank you for your review. We confirm that you have created a new booking shortly after sharing this review, so we'd like to better understand your feedback. We'd like to confirm that the convenience of the SweepSouth platform is that if your selected SweepStar suddenly becomes unavailable, we will still send another SweepStar to ensure that you still receive a clean on the day. The easiest way to ensure the same SweepStar is always sent is to schedule a recurring booking.

We weren't able to find any email communication under this email address. Would you be able to advise if a different email address has been used? Please could you confirm the email address as we would like to look into your query regarding the SweepCase.

We look forward to receiving the email address and to assist from there.

SweepSouth

Best regards,

NP

Reviewer Update
Hi We mostly book from my girlfriends account. We've booked 3 WEEKS in advance, only to have the SweepStar changed less than 24 hours before. We've also tried twice with recurring appointments, also to have the SweepStar changed less than 24 hours before the appointment, and all of these times the change was to someone who does not work around animals. The email address used for the sweepcase is "***" It's highly unprofessional to state it was delivered, and the address the delivery was made to was barely in the same province Please take note of the Section 45 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002 if it turns out her email suddenly starts to receive spam.
