Awful Service

I have used SweepSouth a few times and the service gets more disappointing each time. If it’s not the quality of the cleaning, it’s the quality of the service. I cancelled a booking and was told I wouldn’t be charged. I called before cancelling to make sure I wouldn’t be charged. The booking cost R195 and I was later charged a cancellation fee of R170. Not only was I told I wouldn’t be charged, the worst part was that I got charged an amount so close to the cleaning charge, I might as well have made the lady clean. Now I have called them 3 times to get it resolved but I’m still waiting. Always getting told someone will call me back.

I honestly can’t believe how poor the service is. Out of principle, I’m definitely never using them again.
