AWFUL

Terrible.Their sweepstars don't always show up, then they make you tell them multiple times that she didn't show up and then they don't refund - they give you sweepcred even though you don't want to use them anymore. Their sweep "stars" complain about being given peanuts for their work, while they bag the rest of the money - most told me they get R150 for a day's work while they charge you R350. I used multiple email addresses over the course of 3 years using them as I have multiple businesses and don't always remember which e-mail I used - a fact I brought under their attention - to get them to help me consolidate all of the accounts - which I obviously didn't do to misuse coupons or to misuse referrals - then they used this knowledge against me accusing me of abusing their platform?? But they cannot provide so much as one example of me doing anything BUT sending requests from multiple business addresses. The level of ignorance is astounding. It's been a truly bad experience with them and I would not recommend them to my enemies. Their employees are, more often than not, lazy, mediocre and unwilling to do anything beyond the bare minimum. Not a happy customer....and PS: NEVER save your credit card details on your account - they deduct for many amounts and their excuse is billing cycles for bookings so you end up paying weeks ahead, allll the time. Awful company to deal with. Look for ANY other cleaning service (Bark is a good platform to look for companies).
