ANGRY,APPALLED,DISGUSTED
Today 24/12/2019 after being promised that someone will come out the 23/12/2019 no one pitches. I email and they respond that someone else will come out at 11am, no one pitches again. They promised some will come 24/12/2019 which she did. During her clean she washes the electrical DB Board and everything trips and board blows. Their response they will have to put in an insurance claim, sure fine and well but the day before Christmas, we need to cook etc, no lights, no plugs working and that is their solution. Please I am an operations manager and in a case like that I will send out my electrician immediately, fix the clients discomfort and deal with insurance after. WHAT A HORRIBLE OPERATIONS TEAM!!!!!!!! SEEMS LIKE THE STAFF IS NOT TRAINED. HOW DO YOU WASH AN ELECTRICAL BOARD, SHE COULD HAVE SHOCKED AND DIED. BUT THE COMPANY BEHAVED IN SUCH AN ABSURD WAY. I AM SHOCKED!!!!!!APPALLED BY THE "IM SORRY MAM BUT WE HAVE TO FOLLOW PROCESS' ROBOTS!!!!!!!!
