Amazing service

I desperately needed a cleaning lady to assist with my home, but not on a permanent basis and I dare not go through the hassles of contracts, employment and UIF, days off and god knows what else. So I google rent a **** and found this company called sweep south. Very low priced charges and a seemingly efficient company on the web. I made a booking. The lady did not show up. After contacting the call centre a very friendly lady apologised for the delay and arranged a different lady to assist me with cleaning my home. This lady (Sylvia) showed up a little late minus the cleaning materials I requested but oh WOW did she do a fantastic job regardless and in such a short period of time. To top things off I've been notified that due to the mess ups with my appointment it would be free of charge, and the lady who assissted me would still be paid in full. Absolutely amazing! The call centre is exceptionally efficient, the staff very well trained. I am in awe.
