Absolutely poor

I recently had my apartment services by Sweepsouth, less than half of what I asked to be cleaned was actually done. I sent through the review and they rep**** with the nerve to say that " We look forward to you using our services again". They also have a policy that if you are not happy with the service, they will send someone back free of charge. They did not offer this to me and when I asked about it they have not repsonded. They do not reply to emails and have been very unprofessional towards me. I would not reccomend them to anyone.
