Warranty means nothing.

Bought a ring from there Clearwater Branch. One of the stones fell out. Took it back. They do not repair, only replace. Will get back to me. More than 2 weeks later no feedback. Phoned, got a replacement for me, similar ring. Went in today to exchange the ring. Did all the paperwork and then so by the way I must pay in R900.00!!! Why do I have a warranty? Advised them not acceptable. Manager must call me. Daniel Obane phoned me back, now I must wait another 8 weeks!!! I must visit one of their other branches to replace it, which is so far from where I am staying. Basically, they gave me options which suites them and if I am not happy, not their problem. Worse customer service ever!!!
