Very disappointed

<p>My boyfriend proposed to me 27th of December 2016. Everything was a huge surprise. We went wine tasting with his family and did a couples shoot where we went out on a deck, then he played me a song and proposed. He sectetly saved up the entire year to buy me a engagement ring. We came back from holiday and wanted to resize my engagement ring as it was to big. Just to find out Swarovski's can't resize or help us in any way. If we have it resized at another place we will lose our warranty and it will cost us a lot extra. This is pathetic. If he would have known this he would never have used his savings at Swarovski's. The other jewellery places can't even understand why we have this problem with them, they say its part of client service and they should be able to assist us. Very disappointed!!</p>
