very bad service

my new watch just use 3day ,then the top of glass break ,i took my watch to the eastgate branch to repair ,they tell me ,i have to wait 4 to 8 weeks , after 4 weeks i go to store again,they said already cancel my repair , OMG, i want to kown where is my watch ,i also ask about the price of repair ,they said dont kown about that , you mean i gonna leave watch your side , i spent 3 thousand just buy a toy? the eastgate store very rubish of the service
