Useless and ***********!

Time taken for a repair in progress of an allegedly premium brand is 241 days as at 11/04/2024 and I am still not in receipt of the item that was handed in for repairs. Been in contact with their Austrian Head Office (tel +***) as well as their South African agents (***) (+***0) for the last 5 months. Promises and excuses but no results!
