Unbelievable bad service and quality

We bought a engagement ring at the vaal mall branch, not even having it 3 months the Chrystal are turning green and the sterling silver is turning black and copper. The branch said they will get use a new one but i am not interested, if you pay R2500.00 you expect that the ring does not go off
