<p>Fantastic Service! My boyfriend bought me a pendent bracelet for Christmas, a stone fel out and we took it to the Fourways Branch for advice, having bought it from Edgars Sandton City Swarovski. No questions asked, the male consultant (Travis) , friendly as can be, got on the phone to their Manager as to how he can help me. They replaced my bracelet with a brand new one, no questions asked, even though I lost my warranty, they tracked my purchase records down. I was is utter shock, I’m not used to such “extra mile service” anymore. Wow Fourways Mall Swarovski, you guys are amazing and have a customer for life.</p>
