Terrible Service/ Employees being victimized

I have had a few run ins here but I remain loyal to the brand until i found out that the women working here were being victimized by the franchise owner who owns the Store at the Mall of South and Mall of Africa, if there is a deficit in pricing the money is docked from the women who work there salaries , upon contacting customer care i recieved some what of a textbook response which was sorry not sorry... and quoted some law that was irrelevant... like i said to her i don't wish for an apology or Material gain ater years of fighting for Women's equality and right we have some.rich snob docking money from women who have families to feed !!!I am disgusted
