Swarovski *******

Think long and hard before buying an item from Swaravoski. Their warranty guarantees the item for two years however when my item broke after a year Sandton store said they guarantee the crystal not the item. When I complained to Swarovski they asked for a photo and a copy of the warranty and that was the end of that! Never to be heard from again!!! Shame on you and your disgusting "customer service" or should I say lack thereof!!!!!!
