SWAROVSKI-not such a crystal experience

My daughter bought me a bracelet for my birthday which was on the 26th of January. I went back the following Tuesday as I wanted to swop the bracelet for one with a more secure clasp. This was at Canal Walk on Tuesday evening. When I advised the consultant what my concern was I was told that the bracelet could also come undone if in close proximaty to a magnetic field. I looked and could not find one with any other clasp as they all had the same clasp. I thus decided to stay with the one I had. I got home now to find that the bracelet is no longer on my arm! I am super annoyed as the bracelet was expensive, I took the time to go into replace it with a more secure clasp and now this! Very disappointed. I had the bracelet for 5 days and wore it 3 times!!
