Swarovski **** Jewellery

They sold us Costume Jewelry. My partner bought me a Rose Gold ring and was told it is ROSE GOLD. He paid a **** load for it and after many emails and phone calls to Spilhaus, sending images and sending it to head offices I was told that I did not look after my ring. I do not even use chemicals on my hands, or wash dishes, I work at a desk! I sent the ring to be tested and was shown that its ****, not even real gold or rose gold, its costume jewellery!? And now they are not even willing to reimburse me or exchange or anything?!?! I can't even get it fixed! Disgusted
