Worst service ever. Bought a engagement ring from them in December 2017. Supposing to be a special occasion. One month later we had to send the ring back as it was a "bad batch" and the ring changed color in a few days and chipped terribly. They said they would replace the ring. Then we waited about 3-4 weeks for a new simular ring. My fiance wore the new ring for two weeks and the same happened. They first said that it was her fault that it happened again , but she hardly worn the ring it was more inside the ring box than on her finger. She never does anything with it and then they had issues. So eventually we asked for a refund to buy a better rig at a REAL JEWELRY SHOP. They said they are not going to refund fully. As a few weeks went on they called and said they are going to refund, but they area just waiting for cash. They have never called US ever so , evertime we called them. Worst service ever and worst quality jewelry. I would not recommend ANYONE buying any jewelry from them whatsoever.
