Swarovski - Complete ripoff

NEVER buy jewellery from Swarovski. You would be better off going to the crazy store it will last longer and look better and only cost you R20 I bought a ring in November, by beginning of January it was tarring so badly and completely discoloured I took it back to be told warrantee only on the stones. I contacted Swarovski direct sent photos and got a reply saying really sorry and I would get a call 5-7 days later to arrange something. Surprise Surprise it is now April, 3 months later and I am still waiting for the call. The chain should be called ****ovski. They are taking peoples money and giving them ***** jewellery I am embarrassed to wear the ring, it looks like it came out a Christmas cracker definitely not a R3000 ring!!
