Swarovski bad service

I purchased a ring from swarovski on the 14th January 2021 it hasn't even been a month and the ring started developing marks on the inside, the bands so I took it in the the cresta branch today the consultant was not helpful as I initially purchased the ring at the mall of Africa branch and claimed to have no access to their systems. She did however assess the ring and tried to remove the marks but instead caused further scratches on the ring.
