Swarovski and **** rings!

Disgusting service from #Swarovski clear water branch! My partner bought me a ring last year Dec, few months down the line the ring started discolouring. I called the store and they told me to take it to any #swarovski store! I took it to the branch nearest to me which was Eastgate. They too gave me a run around and told me to take it to Clear water which I eventually did and was still given a run around and nonsensical explanations of why my ring was discolouring- one being that I might be scratching the ring which is not the case! They took pictures of the ring and said they will send it to some office of theirs where they will get feedback! After a week they reverted to me and told me that they won't replace the ring because it is not a factory fault! The warranty card clearly states that if the ring discolours it still falls within the warranty! I will take this further up though! #swarovski is not what is used to be
