Sandton City Swarovski- Do not shop here if you are human and change your mind about a purchase. There is a no refund policy and this is not displayed in their store. They expect you to know it by osmosis as their staff do not communicate it either. Their management is not understanding, quite rude and cold. So much for the customer is always right’ that is definitely a thing of the past.
