<p>I had to return my Swarovski gift to the store in Cavendish after ringing up the return item I was informed that the item was valued at R645 which was also the case in the display window, thereafter I went on to browse the store for an item of that value of which I did find.</p> <p> </p> <p>At the till I was told that the price of the gift item was R500 now and I would have to pay an excess. How could the price of the product change within 5 minutes of browsing the store. </p> <p> </p> <p>Absolute ******. I did not experience such a problem in the gateway store ever. </p>
