Ring Tarnishing

I bought a ring from Swarovski just on 2 months ago and it already tarnishing? Absolutely unacceptable considering I paid R1000 for this product which i thought would be of a higher quality. I've paid much less for rings and they are still in great condition!! After visiting the store, I was told that the warranty only covers the stones and not the ring itself. I would have much rather purchased a ring elsewhere had I known this was going to happen. It is almost impossible to get hold of the head office and even after lodging a claim almost a week ago, I have heard absolutely nothing from them. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a brand of this reputation. Clearly they are pursuing profits and compromising the quality of the products that the brand is offering its customers.
