refused to fix the bracelet

It is with great disappointment that I am having to write this, as Swarovski is a very well known brand and used to be one that you could trust, until now. I was bought 2 bracelets from them and have had issues with both.

Firstly they both would fall continuously, therefore creating scratches, not due to my negligence . The coating started to come off and the one magnet started to rust, where the other didn't. Then to make it worse both bracelets broke at the same place..

These bracelets are 6 months old and being Swarovski you would not expect them to deteriorate so quickly. Both of my bracelets have certificates and it makes me wonder what is the point when they have been designed with such poor quality.

Swarovski used to be a brand that you could trust, but clearly things have changed.

A couple of my friends have had the same problem and find it unacceptable that we as the customers go for a brand that we can trust, but find that Swarovski has dropped their standards.

They have now refused to fix the bracelets and have informed me that I have to fix them at my own expense. I don't understand how this is right. It seems that in todays day in age, we as the consumers just have to accept bad quality from top well known brand and we are the ones paying for the quality, but receiving mediocre or really poor quality.

I will never by anything from Swarovski again and will spread the word on their poor quality of product, as this is unacceptable and I am not the first to have such a disappointing experience
