POOR QUALITY

Swarovski jewellery is well designed but unfortunately the quality is pathetic. I bought a R1600 necklace 25 months ago and my wife used the necklace not more than 10-12 times before the string disengaged from the button. The necklace string is made of a very poor quality string and now Swarovski or even alternative jewellery shops cant even repair it. THIS IS A POOR QUALITY BRAND!
