Poor qaulity product

In December 2019 I purchased a ring (birthday gift for someone special) with other items from the store in Cresta. I then placed an order for further items to be collected on 25 January 2020, but by that time the ring started showing signs of poor workmanship and defective quality to the extent that I have not returned to the store for the other goods. Since then have ring have to my personal embarrassment and disgust significantly deteriorated, echoeing a clear low qaulity product and driving me to I am alert others and save them for a similar distasteful experience!
