Poor Customer Service, Very Disappointed

Bought earrings at Swarovski East Rand Mall, and wanted to do a warranty exchange. The Store Manager Renel told me I was difficult when asking about prices. Earrings showed the price of R1450 on the item but at the till it was R1800. She refused to help. Went to the east gate Mbali store manager assisted. She spoke with Renel on ***and advised her of my exchange. The bracelet was supposed to be ordered from the Roodepoort shop and Renel to give confirmation. It was never done. 11 days 27/09 later spoke to Shereen *** the Area Manager, and she told me I must pay the carrier fee for the bracelet, also asked, if I had proof that the earrings I saw were R1450. Also told me If I don't want to pay a courier for the bracelet I must drive to Roodepoort to collect it.
