Pathetic service

<p>Not satisfied with the quality of the leather strap of the Crystalline ladies watch.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have complained to the Menlyn branch where the item was purchased from but they are wasting time and I have to follow up every single day. Not impressed with the service & quality. Useless customer service for such an expensive brand!</p>
