Heart shattered

My heart is shattered. I received a gift voucher from Eastgate as they didn't have the size I wanted and the 30 day exchange policy was about to run out. I found the product that I wanted at Clearwater, only to find out when I got there that they don't belong to the same company and I couldn't use the voucher, now I have a useless voucher and no ring! I have tried every store mentioned on the voucher and none of them have the item I want, and the one store that has it, cannot help me.
